Returns
-Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package. All the items must be in their original packaging and can't be used. This means that your yarn needs to be in the shape you received it, hanked and with tags.
For returns and questions about returns, please email me at femke@themindfulcreators.com or send a message via the contact form. Make sure to send your order number in the contact form/email and your order cancellation or return will be handled.
When a customer chooses to return an item, the customer is responsible for paying any of the return costs.
-Will I have to pay import tax?
Any costs such as import taxes, duties, custom fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.

We sadly had to stop shipping to the United States due to the recent development regarding tarrifs.
Damaged goods
-What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If this happens then please send me an email at femke@themindfulcreators.com When I send the package it is out of my control what happens with it, but I will always work with you to see how we can resolve the situation.
Yarn care
-Can I wash my yarn in the washing machine?
I will always recommend that you hand wash our yarn in cold water or room temperature water. Even if the yarn is super wash, washing it by hand and in cold water will make your project last for many more years.
