I'm so excited to show you the first color I created for the Meet me in the Cotswolds collection. This color actually came to be as a trial for something else, but the moment the Cotswolds collection was happening, I knew this was a perfect fit. 😍
This soft color feels vintage to me, hence the name. It reminds me of the feel of the old Cotswolds villages where it sometimes seems like time stood still. That's what I wanted this color to portray.
🧶This color is a true shape shifter, it's hard to really put a name to this color since in some light it can look more pink, in some light it can look brown, then slightly more orange leaning. It's one of those colors that can do it all.
The sample of the Ivy Blouse by PetiteKnit is knit with Mystical Mohair in Vintage Rose on Mystical Mohair. I knit size 3 and used 4 skeins of Mystical Mohair. It was a tight squeeze yarn wise tho and I have almost no leftovers. So if you like your sweater to be a bit longer, that's something to keep in mind. For this collection, I really wanted to have a few pieces that felt like I could dress them up or down, depending on the occasion, and the Ivy blouse works perfectly.
The Meet me in the Cotswolds collection is open for pre order from Tuesday October 13th until Sunday October 25th. Processing time will be determined after the collection closes but keep a minimum of 8 weeks in mind from Sunday October 25th.
Tijdens het verfproces doe ik mijn uiterste best om alle strengen zo gelijk mogelijk te maken, maar aangezien dit een handgemaakt product is, betekent dit ook dat elke streng uniek is.
Om de kleur zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te zien, zet u de helderheid van uw scherm hoger. Houd er rekening mee dat verschillende schermen of apparaten de garenkleuren iets anders kunnen weergeven.
Door de aard van handgeverfd garen kunnen sommige van deze garens tijdens de eerste wasbeurt uitlopen. Zorg ervoor dat u de projecten afzonderlijk met de hand wast in koud water.
