2024 advent: Gelateria Italiana

🥳The word is finally out! My first ever advent boxes will be themed after two of my favorite things, ice cream and Italy! After visiting Italy the past three summers I knew I wanted to do something with it for TMC yarn. Being a big Italian ice cream fan too, 1+1 equals this advent theme. 

If you have been in Italy and tried the ice cream you can see that a lot of the ice cream colors are a bit more muted. The colors are softer because the ice cream is (most of the time) a lot more naturally made. I really wanted to stick to this in the colors for this advent calender. 🥰

The advent won’t necessarily be a fade but the color will blend into each other slightly. I just love the way of working the colors together like that since it will be fitting for a range of projects!! Expect everything from tonals, to variegated, to speckles!

🎁 The advent boxes will consist of 24 mini skeins and 1 full 100gr skein. The following bases are available:

🍨 DK Sock - 75% sw merino 25% nylon
24 x 20 gr (45m / 49 yrd) + 1 x 100 gr (225m / 246 yrd)

🍦Bouncy DK - 100% sw merino 
24 x 20 gr (45m / 49 yrd) + 1 x 100 gr (225m / 246 yrd)

📦Okay let’s talk practical things. The advent will start shipping in October through November depending on where in the world you are. So are you from the US, then I’ll make sure to ship the boxes earlier and are you here in the Netherlands for example I’ll ship them out in November. Or they might also go in October if they take over the whole house, we’ll see. 😂 Most important to me is that they arrive in time. Shipping is included in the price, so no extra shipping costs at check out.

Make sure to not order other yarns with this advent box. If you want to order other yarn you'll have to place a separate order. Any advent order that contains other products will have to be canceled. This has to do with when the advent ships and limited stock storage here.
