Daydream feels like getting lost in your thoughts while staring at the sky a little too long. It's a soft, blushy pink with pops of blue, gold and purple. Like those sunsets where the clouds just get all the colors you can imagine.
It's one of my favorite variegated colors in the collection. There is just so much depth in this color. It's a true labor of love. I love Daydream on every base, but it really shines when you let it be the star of the show. Think simple silhouettes, lots of stockinette and all the room for the colors to drift and do their thing. Adding it on a Mohair or Suri to a project with a solid base would work amazingly well.
At the end of the pictures you can find it swatched together with a strand of Soothing Suri in the color afterglow.
Daydream is part of the 'Meet me in the Clouds' collection. The collection opens for pre order Wednesday February 4th 2026 and closes Sunday February 15th 2026, after which the processing time of approximately 8 weeks starts. The exact processing time will be announced on my Instagram account. A pre order means that your order will be dyed during those weeks and after then shipped out to you ready to be turned into the loveliest knit and crochet pieces.
During the dye process, I try my hardest to make all the skeins as similar as possible but since this is a handmade product this also means that every skein is one of a kind.
To see the color as accurately as possible, please turn your screen brightness up. Keep in mind that different screens or devices can show the yarn colors slightly differently.
To the nature of hand-dyed yarn, some of these yarns can bleed during their first wash. Make sure to hand wash the projects individually in cold water.
