Now Varley, the bugs! - dyed to order

On this page, you can shop for dyed-to-order yarns. These skeins have a processing time of 3/4 weeks, and a minimum of three skeins per color per base is required. Because dyed-to-order yarns are made especially for you, they cannot be returned. If you add in-stock yarns to an order that includes dyed-to-order skeins, all items will be shipped together.

For the 'Dearest gentle yarn lover' collection I knew I wanted to create a color for the moment in the last episode of Bridgerton season three where Prudence and Philippa hold a ball and Philippa tells Varley to release the ‘bugs’ which are actually butterflies. I thought this was just such a fun moment so I wanted to make a really fun color for it.

🎨 Now Varley, the bugs, has swirls of blue, white and pink and micro speckles in a blue and gold that break into other cute colors. This is like a sunset cloud on a skein of yarn. It was actually inspired by the dress Philippa wears while this moment takes place. 

In the second picture you can see a modified Lento sweater made with 'Now Varley, the bugs!' in Heavenly Alpaca held together with 'Joining of hands' in Soothing Suri. I knit a size three which uses 2 skeins of either color.
